With more than 13 years of experience as a Professional Makeup Artist, Cece Tillmon, owner of C. Tillmon Beauty has now expanded to esthetics. Alumna of Southeastern Esthetics Institute, Tillmon now offers hair removal and brow maintenance services in addition to makeup artistry.
As a little girl, beauty has always been her passion. Daughter to a seasoned cosmetologist, Tillmon spent her childhood in her family’s salon where her love for beauty began.
